You can also visit us to research yearbooks in our archives. We require reservations a few days in advance. Please email us or call (903) 592-5993 to let us know your visit date and research topics. Before 1910, the Tyler High School yearbook was part of the school newspaper, The Blue and White. From 1910 to 1958, the yearbooks were called Alcalde. The first year Tyler Junior College published its annual Apache was in 1936. After Tyler High School became John Tyler High School in 1958, the yearbook has been named Alcalde since 1959.
